preFab has wide experience of designing high quality commercial buildings and interiors for developer and  private clients.  This includes premium grade A office space, small to medium scale commercial retail, bespoke cafes and restaurants, and reception areas, where creating the first impression is so important.

We have a successful track record in gaining planning approval for new build schemes on difficult and sensitive sites where others have struggled, and frequently work with dilapidated structures to revitalise and convert them into viable commercial space.  Clients frequently rely on our ingenuity to maximise floor space when planning considerations and restricted city centre sites set challenging parameters.  This can often make the difference between a viable and an untenable project.
